Evaluate a document assistant within a limited scope before expanding it across your organization.

What the service includes

• 8-hour service bank: 1 hour of scoping, 4 hours of configuration, 2 hours of testing and a 1-hour handover.
• One pilot assistant with up to 20 readable documents or 50 pages in total, in an agreed compatible tool.
• A 15-question test set, source checks, a list of observed limitations and a maintenance guide.

Requirements and scope

The client supplies prepared, authorized documents. OCR, bulk cleanup, custom connections and public deployment are excluded. The assistant does not replace professional review.

Service terms

CAD $1,480 before taxes · 8 total hours. Each unit purchases a 8-hour service bank. Preparation, testing and documentation use that time. Deliverables are developed within the purchased hours; any scope expansion requires a separately accepted quote before additional work.

Remote delivery in French or English. Dates are agreed with Inovago based on availability. On-site work in Sherbrooke or elsewhere in Estrie and travel arrangements are quoted separately.

Subscriptions, licences, API charges and third-party tools are paid by the client. Access and feasibility are checked before work begins. Results depend on data and usage; no sales, ranking or productivity gain is guaranteed. Independent service provided by Inovago.
