Support your team’s early AI use with a work schedule and regular review points.

What the service includes

• 12 total hours over a 30-day window from the agreed start date: 2 hours of strategy, 4 hours of training and 6 hours of setup and follow-up.
• Two 2-hour workshops for up to 6 participants, focused on one priority pilot use case.
• Review usage and difficulties, make adjustments within the service bank, and provide a final next-steps report.

Requirements and scope

Team availability must be agreed before starting. The 30-day window is not unlimited support; there is no subscription or automatic renewal.

Service terms

CAD $1,930 before taxes · 12 total hours. Each unit purchases a 12-hour service bank. Preparation, testing and documentation use that time. Deliverables are developed within the purchased hours; any scope expansion requires a separately accepted quote before additional work.

Remote delivery in French or English. Dates are agreed with Inovago based on availability. On-site work in Sherbrooke or elsewhere in Estrie and travel arrangements are quoted separately.

Subscriptions, licences, API charges and third-party tools are paid by the client. Access and feasibility are checked before work begins. Results depend on data and usage; no sales, ranking or productivity gain is guaranteed. Independent service provided by Inovago.
