What the service includes

• 1 hour of preparation and a 3-hour remote workshop for up to 6 participants.
• Work through three business tasks and build a library of 10 reusable prompt templates.
• Response scorecard, detection of unsupported statements and human review before distribution.

Requirements and scope

Basic familiarity with an AI assistant and access to the chosen tool are required. Outputs must be checked before use.

Service terms

CAD $460 before taxes · 4 total hours. Each unit purchases a 4-hour service bank. Preparation, testing and documentation use that time. Deliverables are developed within the purchased hours; any scope expansion requires a separately accepted quote before additional work.

Remote delivery in French or English. Dates are agreed with Inovago based on availability. On-site work in Sherbrooke or elsewhere in Estrie and travel arrangements are quoted separately.

Subscriptions, licences, API charges and third-party tools are paid by the client. Access and feasibility are checked before work begins. Results depend on data and usage; no sales, ranking or productivity gain is guaranteed. Independent service provided by Inovago.
