• 1 hour of preparation and a 2-hour remote workshop for up to 6 participants.
• Practice one use case: writing, summarizing or preparing content using tools available to the team.
• Prompt guide, exercises and a checklist for reviewing results.

Requirements and scope

Appropriate Google accounts and Gemini access are required. Available features depend on your organization’s licences and settings.

Service terms

CAD $345 before taxes · 3 total hours. Each unit purchases a 3-hour service bank. Preparation, testing and documentation use that time. Deliverables are developed within the purchased hours; any scope expansion requires a separately accepted quote before additional work.

Remote delivery in French or English. Dates are agreed with Inovago based on availability. On-site work in Sherbrooke or elsewhere in Estrie and travel arrangements are quoted separately.

Subscriptions, licences, API charges and third-party tools are paid by the client. Access and feasibility are checked before work begins. Results depend on data and usage; no sales, ranking or productivity gain is guaranteed. Independent service provided by Inovago.
