What the service includes

• 6-hour service bank: 1 hour of scoping, 3 hours of configuration, 1 hour of testing and a 1-hour handover.
• Support for one team workspace and up to 5 users, subject to the selected plan’s features.
• Use-case organization, 5 prompt templates and a team operating guide.

Requirements and scope

A compatible team subscription, authorized administrator access and an internal owner are required. Licences, API development and data migration are excluded.

Service terms

CAD $1,110 before taxes · 6 total hours. Each unit purchases a 6-hour service bank. Preparation, testing and documentation use that time. Deliverables are developed within the purchased hours; any scope expansion requires a separately accepted quote before additional work.

Remote delivery in French or English. Dates are agreed with Inovago based on availability. On-site work in Sherbrooke or elsewhere in Estrie and travel arrangements are quoted separately.

Subscriptions, licences, API charges and third-party tools are paid by the client. Access and feasibility are checked before work begins. Results depend on data and usage; no sales, ranking or productivity gain is guaranteed. Independent service provided by Inovago.
