What the service includes

• 6-hour service bank: 1 hour of scoping, 3 hours of configuration, 1 hour of testing and a 1-hour handover.
• One pilot workflow between up to two compatible tools, using notes or transcripts supplied by your team.
• Meeting-summary template, proposed action items and a human approval step before distribution.

Requirements and scope

Tool access, compatible connectors and appropriately authorized notes are required. Recording, transcription, licences and custom connector development are excluded.

Service terms

CAD $1,110 before taxes · 6 total hours. Each unit purchases a 6-hour service bank. Preparation, testing and documentation use that time. Deliverables are developed within the purchased hours; any scope expansion requires a separately accepted quote before additional work.

Remote delivery in French or English. Dates are agreed with Inovago based on availability. On-site work in Sherbrooke or elsewhere in Estrie and travel arrangements are quoted separately.

Subscriptions, licences, API charges and third-party tools are paid by the client. Access and feasibility are checked before work begins. Results depend on data and usage; no sales, ranking or productivity gain is guaranteed. Independent service provided by Inovago.
